The Executive Secretary, SEMA, Alhaji Isyaku Kubarachi, Director Special Duties Hajiya Zahra Mansur,joined the Kano State Delegation from the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation and the State Emergency Management Agency at the 2026 Seasonal Climate Prediction Event convened by the Nigerian Meteorological Agency at the NAF Conference Center, Kado Estate, Abuja, on Tuesday, 10th February 2026.
